There a joke don’t do nothing to help a father out even when you have custody and should be receiving childsupport from the mother
Heard everything from lost you application don’t have you order from the judge
It paused for further review
It’s been a year and a half ant still can’t do what the order says
Literally has instructions on what they need to do what judge said how is that hard !!!

The staff here are very friendly and do their best to help, but unfortunately, there’s only so much they can do within the system. My experience with child support has been frustrating — it feels like the process is designed in a way that makes it difficult for the second parent to succeed. Every time I tried to get help, it felt like I was going in circles and having to start over again. It’s disappointing that the system seems to focus more on the money than on the well-being of the child. No one ever asked where the child lives or checked in on their situation; the only concern seemed to be whether payments were made. To be clear, this isn’t a reflection on the staff — they were kind and professional — but rather on a system that feels broken and in need of reform.
