The child support division here in Texas is an absolute joke. They will gladly name you the father of a child without any DNA test to prove it. They will also lie and garnish any money they want.

Oh and it took 6 years to obtain any paperwork after the so-called court order because they sent it to an address that doesn't exist. Not an address that I'm associated with, but the address legally does not exist!!!!!

When you do go into the office to demand a DNA test and to prove that the child is actually yours, they will lie to you and tell you that they have already done one. And when they give you the date when the DNA test was done, You realize that the mother was 4 months pregnant. So explain to me why a woman with risk for unborn child? And then when you question that they will say oh, we did a DNA test on this and this date. And you could easily prove to them that you were in in the country. So how did they get your DNA to do a DNA test? Not once but twice? And here you are still being labeled as the father!!!!!

But wait it gets even better!!!!! When you demand that the mother also has to follow the court order because they insist that you have to pay child support for a child that's not yours, They tell you they can't do that. The court order clearly states that the father has visitation and what days yet the mother has been in contempt of court for the past 15 years. Funny how y'all want the father to pay for this child regardless that the child is not even his but at the same time will not force the so-called mother to adhere to the court order child support visits. Could that be because if the child were in the possession of the father, the father could easily obtain and DNA test!!!!!

Funny how the state of Texas works and even funnier because they will never ever see any money from me!!!!!
