Attorney David Veverka

DO NOT hire David Veverka to defend you!!! This attorney does not honor the law, uphold justice, nor fight for the innocent. He is as corrupt as they come.

Pro bono lawyer I thought for my son, it appears he defends the DA more than he defends my son. My son is an adult disabled child stated that has been disabled since June 2007 however it appears Mr. Veverka didn’t care about the documents, nor did he request them, I emailed them to him. Now I wonder if they were ever disclosed to the DA as it doesn’t appear that they were. The DA Was informed of wrong information on the report he was provided by the Tigard police as well, but chose not to correct that either.

This tells me our justice department in Washington County make their own rules they don’t follow our country rules are state rules or any other rules but their own. So a Young disabled adult child confirmed as disabled by a forensic psychologist in 2015 with an effective date of June 1, 2007 will now possibly go to prison. Nobody cares, nobody wants to take the time to really look at the fax all they want to do is throw away another person that is sick and needs help in a hospital setting not a prison. They would not even let me talk to the judge, they won’t return my calls and I am told I can’t send any more documents to this attorney even though I have a power of attorney. I have also asked him to step down so another attorney can be asigned and he refuses. I hope other people read this and realize there is no justice in Washington County it’s all a big farce. If anything happens to my son in any way a negative experience a psychological experience or death there will be consequences to everyone Who has assisted with destroying a young disabled adult child life. If I am retaliated against in anyway they were also be consequences.
