Charles Havener and his staff have been a Godsend for my 83 year old Mother! Being a widow on a fixed income and still owning her own home, she was drowning in debt! She is from the generation that is very proud and didn't want to ask for help and felt ashamed for her circumstances. We were blessed to find such a caring and understanding attorney who explained in detail that bankruptcy would be her best option. We completely trusted him after our first encounter and he was kind and caring until the last appointment. His staff is also amazing and helpful.
