Attorney Brad Crider

I don’t even know where to start… getting a call back from Brad is impossible. When you call the office the assistant/paralegal will just “take a message” and you never hear back. Brad represented us in an adoption case. Fast forward to the day of the final hearing he showed up late to court. At first I thought whatever we are all human and we make mistakes. But after court there was still clerical things that needed done. We sent/signed all documents in a timely manner. The lawyer representing the other party has been hounding Brad for some documentation and his paralegal responds saying “Brad hasn’t represented them since May 2025 and you need to reach out to them directly” I don’t know how that’s possible because when he showed up late to court it was in July 2025 (that’s after May). Also, we keep getting told by Department of vital records they are waiting on paperwork from Brads office still. My poor child is devastated she still has not got her name changed simply due to Brads office not sending in the paperwork

I have been trying wrap up my divorce and this lawyer is a the worst communicator I have ever met. He also can’t put together a divorce decree to save his life. The amount of errors was incredible, leaving out a whole section about a restraining order he “forgot to include”. I would not trust this guy. You could call his phone for days and a teenager answers and says no one is working on the office. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Horrible, awful attorney. He represented my son's father FC2017-004633. Crider has very shady character. I filed a motion for an extension of an assessment that he recommended and I AGREED to March 2020. He tried to manipulate the courts into thinking I didn't do it. The President & Governor shut down the nation. My attorney made a plethora of phone calls and e-mail attempts to develop a schedule. I tried for multiple YEARS to work with him before spending 4 THOUSAND dollars on an attorney, that he also unprofessionally ignored. Such a shame. That $4,000 could have been spent on our precious, kind, intelligent, handsome, adventurous, well behaved and funny son. He disrespected my University Administrator father in the trial. He also pulled out and was playing w his cell phone while I was answering Judge Max Covil's questions. We had a 50-50 that changed due to school scheduling. Buyer stay clear!!!!!! Also, Brad is LYING to the courts stating our son turns 18 in 2035. He turns 18 in 2034 (born '16). A pathetic, dishonest attempt to garnish an extra year of health insurance based child support. Crider said my son had no family on mother's side. This was AFTER I turned in a plethora of photos of aunts, uncles, cousins and my son's grandfather, that he met in the court hallway. Pure NARCISSISTIC, LYING evil! Buyer look elsewhere!!
