Attorney Ben Hall

In my opinion, The Hall Law Firm was the most insincere, dismissive, and unreliable law firm with whom I have ever worked. I am a physician expert witness who has been retained by over 50 law firms in my long career. Lawyers and their clients rely on experts to support and help prove the vital facts of their cases to judges and juries. Of all these cases, The Hall Law Firm has been the only one to not pay my retainer in a timely manner and be unreliable in answer requests about delayed payment. Moreover, unlike every other case, Mr. Benjamin Hall did not reply to my communications about vital issues with the case.
The Hall Law Firm retained me to supply a report with a very short legal deadline and signed a contract to do so. I informed them in the contract that I was also on a short deadline to supply the report and would not work after the deadline. All parties understood these deadlines.
Despite this, The Hall Law Firm failed to pay me the retainer before my needed deadline. This, despite multiple telephone calls and emails from me asking about the non-payment. It got so bad that for the first time in over 50 cases, I resigned from the case for cause.
In my opinion, expert witnesses should keep this experience in mind before agreeing to work with The Hall Law Firm.
