I'm reporting him to the Attorney General, the board, and filing a lawsuit. Taking the necessary steps to get my paid in full $2850 back.

"Josh - I know I owe you a call. I am going into a hearing, but can I call you after? Around 10-10:30 this morning? and we can discuss next steps (or refund if you prefer). Thanks"

No call that day. Mind you, I have been emailing him for months.

5 days later:
"Josh - I know I am behind and will be in touch will you soon (likely over the weekend) with an email with the next step in your case. I am not actively ignoring you, just spread very thin at the moment."

No email or call that day either.

Him: "OK, Please let me know where to mail your refund check"

Me: (provided address) checked the mail for weeks. No response.

Me:
Can you please respond to my emails? I'll call your office tomorrow. All I was asking for is some questions answered regarding this. Has a refund been issued or what is going on?
