I would not recommend her to anyone. I was under impression that mediators were supposed to help the two sides to negotiate and come to some kind of consensus. Was not a case with me. She was 100% on the side of my employer (big $$$) and of course the reputation. It didn't matter to her who is right or wrong. Totally disgusted with her and the way she presented herself. She has done everything to threaten me and stop me from pursuing the case.
