I have had great care from atCause Law Office. They leave out candy on the table! Maybe not so good for me! Everyone I have dealt with are professional and give answers or gets them if they don't know. I love them on my side!!

I was not an AtCause client. My Sister was, however I feel I’m qualified to offer this observation. This law firm is nothing if not forthright and honorable, putting what is right and equitable above greed; not often said about lawyers. I’ve NEVER heard it said. Case in point: my 76 year old sister, who as it happens, was dying of an aggressive cancer. She has since passed away. She had no children. She had no real property; no car; only her dog and financial accounts which were solely in her name. She had one relative to whom she wished to leave her financial accounts: me. So she could die at ease, she wanted to make certain that the accounts would not end up in probate court and or worse, the pocket of her abusive husband who no longer wished to care for her, so she (we) turned to the Non-Stuffy Attorneys. These folks could have EASILY conned this naive, stressed out, dying old woman into giving them $4,700.00 for a “TRUST”, a 3rd the size of the library of Congress, but KNOWING of course, that in this case, a trust was completely, totally and in all other ways possible, unnecessary. Oh this is very simple, just list your brother (me) as beneficiary, referred to as TOD (transfer on death) or POD (payable on death) which you’ve ALREADY ACCOMPLISHED! Great! BeCAUSE, Since the ONLY asset at stake is your financial accounts, you’re golden! No probate! No worries! Have a nice day! Sorry we can’t help you, yet their “Google Meet” saleswoman COULD have said “THAT WILL PROBABLY FAIL”, so get out that credit card baby, we smell money! But noooooooo….. Instead, they were upfront and honest and gave us good advice; the right advice and saved my sister $4,700.00! It just brings tears to my eyes at how honest and selfless lawyers can be!
