Mine was a Very Difficult Case due to the fact that my accident was caused by a "Phantom Driver". There was No Contact. The other Driver Jack-Knifed in front of me, Trapping me with No way Out. This caused me to Lose control of my Motorcycle & almost Kill me. Then they Ran from the scene. All my eyewitnesses only had Bits & Pieces of Information, making it Extremely Difficult to make my Case. For all my Pain & Suffering, it wasn't the greatest outcome, but I still managed to get enough money to cover a couple of my Biggest Bills. I was Surprised that I even got a Settlement. Thanks for All your Help.
