It took me some time to write my review, but here it goes.

The office was great to work with my case was resolved in less than a year. They were very much involved in every aspect of the case. The vehicle, my deductible, car seats and of course my treatment. The texting feature was great for me it helped me keep track of the case tremendously. I would text sometimes on a Friday 4 pm and my case manager Krystal would call me right away. Lisa was extremely helpful during this process as well. I am not an easy client and she did not lose her cool with me not once. She was extremely professional throughout the time that we got to work together. Dan Dalesandro my attorney took his time I also called him a few times and he was always willing to help. I worked with another gentleman named Chris for my vehicle depreciation also easy to work with super nice.

At the end of the day folks it’s all a team effort as a client I took time to collaborate with the firm on anything they needed from me and they did the same for me.
