I scheduled a paid consultation with attorney Jeremy McLymont regarding a federal defense matter expecting preparation and informed guidance.
Unfortunately, it became clear during the consultation that the case had not been thoroughly reviewed beforehand, and very little meaningful direction was provided.

We later learned that there appears to be limited federal defense experience, which in my opinion should have been disclosed before accepting payment for the consultation. The overall experience felt unprepared and disappointing, especially given the seriousness of the matter.

I would strongly encourage prospective clients to ask detailed questions about federal case experience and whether the attorney has actually reviewed the facts of the case before paying for a consultation.
