The service can improve with some delays on the process side can be cut where the case had to be explained a few times to different people (who don’t necessarily understand immigration process) in the org. It’s best to go straight up to the solicitor/lawyer rather than getting non-technical staff involved to discuss the case. When the schedules are tight and priority dates can change month on month every month delay in an application can lead to much longer delays later.
