				We chose to work with Afshin after speaking with several different lawyers. We needed two things, to correct a property tax issue and to create a family trust. Many of the lawyers we spoke to over the phone made it seem our issue is complicated and wanted to charge hourly rate to even begin discussing it. Afshin was the only lawyer who honestly and truthfully answered our questions over the phone and during a complimentary consultation. He had simple and straight forward solutions to get things done and was not looking to nickel and dime us like many other lawyers.
