In the 1970’s I had used two attorneys, selected by random chance in the yellow pages, but was never inclined to be a repeat customer. In the 1980’s I met Arthur Ferraro, and I have relied on him for legal services ever since. I was so impressed with his intelligence and skill, that I enrolled in a San Jose State business law course he was teaching.
My experience with Arthur is primarily contract law, but as with any area in law, the attorney client relationship is all about trust. The client has to trust that the attorney really understands the relevant points of law, trust that he has enough experience, and trust that he will act efficiently, to minimize the cost.
Arthur Ferraro has repeatedly impressed me on all counts. He is extremely intelligent and well versed in the fine details of his craft. His years in practice have seasoned him to the point that I feel sorry for his opposing counsel. Perhaps the most profound ingredient of our lasting business relationship is his integrity. Arthur is by far one of the most honest and honorable men I have ever met. Actually, Arthur does not fit with my stereotype of attorneys in general, but I find it refreshing that he only promotes cases that he knows that he can be helpful, and not just for the dollars.
Arthur has facilitated a successful outcome to all the legal issues we pursued, and he has provided sage advise for me to steer clear of many more potential problems.
I also want to add that Arthur is more insightful than the average attorney. He has been ahead of his time to grasp the usefulness of technology in making his practice more efficient. He had the first laser printer I ever saw outside of Stanford, and is one of the minority of attorneys who can use computers to organize complicated cases.
I have recommended Arthur to all my best friends, and now I recommend him to the rest of you.
