Waiting 1 1/2 years as beneficiary for Will to be probated. Left over 10 messages on voice mail with never a response. Courthouse still waiting on documents to finalize

We had difficulty getting any information on the status of my husband's divorce. On two occasions, after waiting weeks without a response to our calls and emails, we contacted the Lancaster County Bar Association who contacted him for us. Post divorce, Mr Katz somehow neglected to provide my husband with the necessary paperwork to transfer the deed to a property, which was ordered 12 months ago. We discovered this when we received the documents last Friday with a note from Mr Katz telling us that the other party was going to appear three days later to ask the court to compel my husband to sign them, despite the fact that Mr Katz admitted he had received them sometime last summer, but missed sending to us. He has also failed to follow through on facilitating the transfer of the marital assets which was stipulated in the divorce decree 12 months ago, and which the other party has refused to allow, despite assuring us on several occasions that it would be arranged. The lack of communication is so bad that my husband learned his divorce has been finalized not from Mr. Katz, but from his brother who read it in the newspaper.

Won't answer the phone, always late, unprofessional.
