I am disappointed with my recent experience. I had a scheduled appointment that was confirmed in advance, but the agreed-upon schedule was not kept. I arrived on time and had to wait much longer than expected without receiving proper communication or an explanation for the keep up schedule. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but I would have appreciated being informed and treated with respect for my time. I hope the business improves its scheduling practices and communication so that future customers do not have the same experience.
