Dustin Duke and his staff were amazing. Duke did more work for us on our initial phone call than our previous lawyer did in more than two weeks. They told us the pricing up front and never hit us with surprise bills, unlike our previous lawyer. The price was very reasonable, and they earned every penny and more. Initial consult was great and very informational which helped me decide to move forward with them. After I paid the retainer there has been no follow ups or updates. I’ve been reaching out and calling the office and can’t get anyone. The only time I was contacted was when payment fell through…. I’m in a time crunch and concerned that my case hasn’t been worked on and that their priorities are not set to help me. As a new single mom, it’s stressful enough to come up with funds for legal guidance but to hire them and still have to stress defeats the whole purpose. Edit- after leaving this review they reached out to me and we were able to begin working on my case. Glad to finally have eyes on it and feel like I can finally move forward
