Vanessa Cash Adams was a pleasure to work with. We were given all materials needed to complete the process and notified with our case had been discharged.

I called this company to see if they would take my case. They said they could do A complementary initial consultation. We set up an appointment for 3 o’clock at 3:15. I called them to see if If I had the right time. She said that the attorney was on the phone and would call me when he was done. Finally at 4:30 I called again. The secretary said, “He just briefly reviewed the case and can’t take it.”
( I gave them the case number before I set up consultation.)
I politely told the secretary it would’ve been nice to let me know even when she told me the first time he would call me back. I also politely told her I am glad I know how the company proceeds as I wouldn’t want to do business with them. She said, “Likewise.”
I am not from Arkansas, but hope that this is not a tradition of the state.

I had called around to find an attorney and just happened to decide to use this firm. Vanessa was who I worked with. She was wonderful. Never made me feel inferior. Her staff was so kind and always helpful with my millions of questions. 10 out 10 would use them again!
