After deceiving you and showing you their beautiful redone units, after you pay the move in fee that's above 60% of the rent, after you get the key and move in, they leave us a welcome home gift in the kitchen cabinet. If you don't mind cockroaches, a non-refundable move in fee, a property owner that won't contact you back and help you, this is the place for you!! They'll even throw in free cockroach bait to help get rid of them!!
Don't trust this company, it's too new and they don't know what they're doing.
After days of threatening to sue them everything settled and got refunded back because I wasn't gonna be subjected to these unlivable conditions. I would've left it at there but now they're trying to charge me $500 for a broken window. This is hilarious to me because I was only in the apartment for an hour before I left and reported them to 311, and all I had done was bring in a box and take these photos after I saw the cockroach bait they so graciously left us.

Here's my brand new apartment, covered in cockroach droppings. But remember- the property manager isn't responsible for this, you are.
