Had been referred to them to handle a medical malpractice from 5/24 for my daughter. After two years of contacting them through emails that took forever to get a response. The statute of limitations for her case ends in two month.. I just now got a letter stating they do not want to pursue her case.. a letter.. no phone calls..a letter
This office had so many people handing this and then they “no longer work there” etc
They wasted 2 years on this case and now they do not want to pursue it, leaving no time really to go anywhere else because of the statute of limitations
I was never called with questions ( I have been an RN for 35 years and definitely know medical malpractice when I see it). Just totally deflated right now the way this was handled and how impersonal it was.

If I could give them a zero I would. Anytime I would call to check in on the status of my case or even if I had a case they would pursue they seemed annoyed to talk to me and always rushed me off the phone. It took them 16 months to finally call me to tell me they didn’t feel the case was worth pursuing. I understand they are busy but why would it take them over a year just to say no we’re not moving forward. All I ask is please do better, it doesn’t take that long for a “no”.
