Ardalan & Associates, PLC

This has taken me a couple weeks to write. I’ve wanted to get right and express how grateful I am of the firm as whole and my individual experiences with Chris, Christi, Yuri and team. The last 4+ years of my life have been a physical and emotional roller coaster. Thankfully, Christi held my hand along the way in both the care I needed physically and the case. Ardalan as a whole is top notch in seeking great care and outcome. I’m extremely thankful they came my way and I followed their lead.

I cannot even begin to tell how pleased I am to have worked with Ardalan & Assoiates on my personal injury case. From the moment of the first call to signing off on my settlement I was treated with nothing but respect, compassion, incredible skillful knowledge, all rolled up with dignity for me. I was blessed to have worked with what I deem the best in the industry. They are compassionate and very thorough. Geoffrey Hickey became my go to attorney on my case and what a dream that was. At each step of the case Geoffrey kept me informed of what was happening and why we were doing the things they did. He would contact me outside of the normal working hours giving of his family time. I will admit I found myself running off the rails and through his kindness and directions I was back on track. During the course of my case, I was turned over to attorney Rachel who was another legal angel. I swear Chris Ardalan only has the best attorneys working with him. Not only do they care about the legal case but they also care about the toll it is taking on the person behind the case. I called Ardalan & Associates and the Receptionist was very rude and hung up on me twice. Not sure why she's a Receptionist if she's going to treat people like that without hearing what they have to say and why they're calling.

My injury case lasted quite a few years, but during the entire process Ardalan & Associates made me feel that everything was going to be ok. Their confidence right from the start made me feel secure throughout the entire duration of the case. They often reassured me that they were actively working to move it along through their frequent updates. Often times I didn't have to do much, they did all the heavy lifting for me. The staff were incredibly polite and beyond professional. I've even used some of their professionalism in my own career. I never questioned their ability to close this case with an outcome in my favor. I really appreciate everything they have done for me, my physical and mental health and for their absolute professionalism and knowledge in what they do.

Ardalan and associates is the truth! Should change the name to Ardalaw! Whole office is really polite and helpful from the attorneys to assistants everyone will help with anything you could need. From the first day my case was put into their hands to the last l've been at ease the whole time, very attentive and know what they are doing. Who ever you speak to just know they will complete the mission with satisfactory. Can't thank the team enough !!
