His act was fully illegal at the time his arrest. 2) Never disclosed to court that he was an attorney during his arrest. No fear of deceiving the court. 3) One man show lawyer that specializes in everything is a recipe for disaster in the long run. He creates confusion and deceptions to alter cases. 4) He give kickbacks to his client - AGAINST THE LAW 5) He colludes with his client - AGAINST THE LAW 6) He embezzles child support - AGAINST THE LAW 7) He intentionally falsifies attorney fees to steal money by manipulating the court process while committing fraud and perjury - AGAINST THE LAW 8) He knowingly deceives court officials with lies and falsification of facts - AGAINST THE LAW 9) He files frivolous lawsuit with collaborating client for intentional emotional and financial abuse. 10) Knowingly deceit and conning of JUDGE MICHEAL POWELL at Stanley Mosk courthouse - AGAINST THE LAW 11) Engaging in Judicial Deception WITH POWELL - AGAINST THE LAW 12) Subscribing to Super Lawyers as Mark David Piesner without disclosing of his arrest for public deception. Subscribing to Super Lawyers as Arc Point Law in 2019 under a new identity. One man show lawyers operating out of a P.O. Box address does not usually use a corporate name. Mark David Piesner has intentions to hide his arrest from his records as he claims it as a legal arrest. There is no such a thing as a legal arrest! 13) Constantly filling false statements. Always last minute filing to the court that the judge would not have a chance to review, egregious and abusive use of 473 motion almost in every filing. I have witnessed the same abusive pattern by him in front of multiple judges. His usual court tactics, "court made a mistake" , "court clerk made a mistake", "I was on vacation", "I filed it wrong", "I did not receive the email, / notice", "unintentional mistake", "human error", last minute court cancellations, and so on ... 14) Last minute check in as sick, going to Emergency room and claims that he was hospitalized to deceive the court, calls in sick or introduces some other unrelated attorney to cover for him. 15) Extreme use of AI in his fillings. Against the law! 16) Citing fake or unrelated case laws to create confusion, wasting time and to deceit the court room, 17) Uses unethical tactics, false statements to exhaust and inflict emotional and financial abuse. 18) Actively trying to hide his unethical past with clearing reviews from google and other online services. I do not recommend to hire this attorney by any means.
