I had an outstanding experience working with Robert Mazzola. I was at my wits' end trying to independently resolve a contract issue with my wedding videographer (a vendor based outside the United States). The videographer had been paid in full to deliver edited footage of my wedding which was more than six months overdue. Aside from being out thousands of dollars, I was distraught to think our irreplaceable wedding footage could end up completely lost. I had tried everything to make progress with this vendor, but was having absolutely no effect on my own. I was on the verge of hiring a foreign lawyer to attempt to sue my videographer in the country where he operates when I first consulted with Robert. Robert immediately sprang into action by collecting and analyzing all the documentation and email communications I had with my videographer and produced a detailed step-wise action plan which accounted for all the documentation and previous communications I'd had with the vendor, my preferences on dealing with other specific individuals involved, the local ordinances, and other strategic aspects I would never have considered. Step one also included a masterpiece of a formal demand letter which struck the perfect tonal balance between an appeal to reason and emotion and a firm stance on what would happen if our deadlines weren't met. I had probably written 20 messages to this vendor already with no success, but Robert's message (delivered by me) finally had the desired effect. Ultimately we were able to recover all of our wedding footage without escalating to actually suing the vendor or having to hire additional representation in another country to do so. Robert saved our priceless wedding videos, tons of our money, and my sanity. Thank you Robert! We would happily work you any time.
