No customer service. This office canceled 2 scheduled appointments. Gave them all the documents this firm requested to examine and they never responded with a proposal or with references to call. Must have called half a dozen times and was told repeatedly "the attorney will get back to you" Needless to say he never did. Went went a different firm in the end with a better attitude and follow up.
