I came to Anton Garcia Law in October 2024.

At that point, I was absolutely lost, scared, and desperate. I knew my ex had significant financial resources, family legal involvement, and aggressive representation, so I wanted the best professionals on my side.

Christina took my case and assigned me to Stephanie Pletcher, and from that point forward, Stephanie and I went through a lot of life’s ups and downs together.

Stephanie was there whenever needed — open, honest, direct, protective, and incredibly professional. She never wasted my time, was always thoughtful, and is genuinely one of the most professional people I have ever met.

At one point, I was sent to Russia by the judge, I secretly went for 2.5 days to obtain bank statements requested in the case. Stephanie stayed in touch with me through messenger just to make sure I was okay. That level of care meant more than I can explain.

There was so much involved in this case — my children, assets, financial issues, harassment, stalking concerns, paid social media attacks, police involvement, CPS, even ICE, and endless stress. It was one of the hardest periods of my life.

Today, the case is finally closed: boundaries are in place, protections for my children, a settlement has been signed, and yes — I gained a few gray hairs along the way.

Through all of this, I learned to fully trust Stephanie and deeply respect the entire office for their support and hard work. I truly care about everyone there.

Premier, compassionate, and steadfast brought a fair result for both sides. After a year of continuous legal challenges, a second mediation brought a little loss on both my former wife and I’s side, but the result ensured our kids won big.
My young men, keeping their inheritance, being able to share time, and love with their father is Priceless.
