I paid in full a flat fee for Justin Heisler to represent me in my preliminary hearing and he failed to show and didn’t send anyone in his place to represent me. This was a crucial part in my case as it was supposed to be settled then. Afterwords I made several attempts both by email and phone calls to his secretary and never received a response. I had to have Justin withdraw his appearance in order to receive proper counsel to represent me. I asked for an itemized list of where the money paid was used for and was told that it was a flat fee for the hearing but he never showed and I have not received my payment back. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone due to lack professionalism and poor ethics.
