Unfortunately Mrs. Lowe did not complete her obligation after taking $500 to draft a letter on my behalf. After a few attempts to contact her, over a period of months, she ghosted me and I have not had any further correspondence. So now I am out $ 500 and have to find another attorney to fight both cases civilly.
