They handled my house closing fine. When after, I had an issue with former landlord trying to get more money from me, I called and asked if I could just ask for advice on whether I needed to take legal action. Receptionist said I'd get a call back after lunch (I called at 11:30). Never got that call back. Based on the current reviews, it seems to be this office's practice of not dealing with people "beneath them".

I just needed help in transferring an account to me where I am the beneficiary. I know there are papers to fill out and I wanted it done right. Mr. Tracy, who I never saw or actually spoke to myself (it was done through the receptionist) by phone or in person, simply said he is “unable to help me with this matter.” No explanation, no referral to someone who can help, no help whatsoever. I have to wonder why an estate lawyer cannot handle an estate issue. Worst service I’ve ever had.
