Andrew took my case (and a tough one, at that) at a critical time in the case timeline. He thoroughly reviewed all the previous documents (and there were a LOT) and confirmed that the order my previous attorney urged me to sign NEVER should have been signed, as it was not in the best interest of the children (I had a feeling...which is why I then sought new counsel). He even went to opposing counsel and asked how, in good faith, could he propose such an agreement? OC Stephen Dodd replied "well she signed it" with no regard to what was in the best interest of my children who had been home with me, their mother, for the first 7 and 3 yrs of their lives. Andrew then put his feet to the fire and did everything in his power to get me contact back with my children (it was a hard mountain to climb - their Dad works in the family courts and his father used to go on fishing trips with our Judge. His father was also the one to introduce me to our Judge while I was in Law School and doing an internship at the Norfolk County Juvenile Court.🤔)

Im sure it can be surmised from this that Ive struggled with alcoholism. I have had long long periods of sobriety only interrupted by not being able to be with my children, with many lies thrown out about me. That past agreement I referenced - set me up for failure AT THAT POINT IN MY LIFE. Today I can say that it made it all worth it bc I have a beautiful new boy who is 2yrs old now and thriving with me as a single mom to him - Andrew was the DRIVING force in court to get me back 50/50 with the older 3. He told me hard truths and I recieved them- I agreed to a breathalyzer 3x a day for a year - bc I made that mess to make me untrustworthy- he was gentle but firm in his delivery to me. I, in turn, completed that breathalyzer 3x a day for a yr with no issues (results sent to my ex husband)

Today - 2 of those older 3 live with me full time. Dad is (shockingly...🫠) not involved at all. My daughter is 50/50.

This was all only made possible by Andrew stepping into an already sticky situation - and making his way through it with such acumen. My high money attorney in the Seaport didn't do in 3 yrs what he did for me in 9 months.

Andrew you let me down so bad now I have an injust retraining order against me from " A CRAZY LADY' AS Bob greenglass knew . I needed help and you didnt help me. now my kids are in danger
