I had been disabled for years but had been reluctant to apply for disability benefits because my condition is not easy to classify. The SSA had rejected my first claim, then informed me they had failed to obtain key medical records. I knew I would need help navigating the legal system. Dr. Kline was personally recommended to me and after meeting with him, I had no doubt he was highly competent and genuinely concerned. His practice is just him- my case was never delegated to a colleague. After requesting a hearing with an Administrative Law Judge, the SSA had mistakenly discarded my claim. Fortunately, Dr. Kline caught the error and we were able to quickly set a hearing date. My condition was essentially classified the day of the hearing by the SSA's physician medical expert. Seemingly to the annoyance of the judge, Dr. Kline's detail-oriented approach helped ensure a solid case. I immediately won full benefits. Not really surprised about that at all.

Andrew Kline called my personal number while I was letting out my 7th period Sophomore World History Class. He asked me my name and address and preceded to dump HEAVY allegations that had nothing to do with me at all. I asked how he found my personal information and to delete any information he had about me in his files. If I ever hear from this rude and repugnant lawyer again, I am calling the police immediately. Citizens do not need to be harassed like this buy bloodthirsty attorneys. All of a sudden I do not feel so safe. If all it takes is a little money to have access to search engines with information that is clearly overwhelming and being used recklessly, then our society needs to re-evaluate its values before bloodsuckers like Andrew Kline have access to everyone's personal information.
