In 2016, we executed our Trust/Will through one of the well-known online companies for its reputable services and reasonable pricing. At that time, we believed that all the legal planning involved standard documents and assumed the process to be straightforward. Throughout the process, the company provided great customer service support where the Attorneys were lightly involved.

A few years later, we found out that some of our assets would still go through probate even if we transferred them to the Trust.
