My most recent experience with Andrea Lennon's operation was very unpleasant. It's apparently gone downhill since I used her a few years ago. 48 hours after my bank sent my 2nd wire to fund my transaction, Andrea's clerk, Amanda Huff, notified me via email that this wire had not been received. That obviously isn't a good thing to hear so I called her immediately but it was about an hour after they had closed the office at mid-day on the day before the long holiday weekend. Then they went on their 4-1/2 day Thanksgiving break and left me hanging, wondering if I'd made a mistake and possibly lost my money to fraud. Amanda caused a lot of headache for my bank and myself trying to verify if the wire had been transmitted properly. She finally acknowledged receipt the following week, 6 days after it had been sent and 5 days after it was deposited to their account. Everyone can make a mistake, but Amanda was not at all apologetic but, in fact, very arrogant in my communications with her.

I have done 6 real estate transactions with Andrea Lennon! She is so helpful throughout the process. Some transactions have been simple and others more complex. Andrea has a vast network of bankers and others who may need to be part of any real estate deal. Recently when selling my parents condo, Andrea advised on a difficult title situation that had to go through Probate Court. Andrea knows her stuff and goes ABOVE and BEYOND to help her clients!
