They got all the facts wrong, sent a demand letter with these incorrect statements/facts and I haven't heard a peep from them since they sent that monstrosity of a "demand" letter 3 months ago now. If you like no service and attorneys who don't pay attention to detail, this is the firm for you! I have a decent case for auto fraud/deceptive practices after buying the worst used car I've ever bought in my life. I won't go into details as this is going to have to go to court but, I won't be using this law firm. I was so hoping I was wrong about my impression of the attorney I was linked up with through legalshield. When I talked to her, she didn't sound like she cared at all. When I asked if she read what I wrote for the description of what I needed, I got a hesitation, and a shakey "yeah I read it" which told me she didn't read it and after reading the demand letter, I KNOW she didn't actually pay attention to what she read. Sadly, I was right. If you are with legalshield, demand a different law firm.

If you use LegalShield, this is likely the law firm you will be assigned to, and I am so glad I was able to get my issues resolved. I am a pretty organized, competent, and analytical person, so I already had everything I needed and clearly explained my request. The assigned attorney hit a home run every time! 🏆

A lot of these reviews seem to come from frustration, which is rightfully so, but sometimes you have to stay above water, stay organized, and advocate for yourself. It also helps to familiarize yourself with the law in certain areas so you are not completely blindsided or solely relying on the attorney or paralegals when it comes to certain issues.

If you need demand letters sent, legal advice, etc., these are your people. I will absolutely continue using them.

I was worried at first but they treated me right and stayed in communication with me
