For starters let me be clear, Jason had no obligation to take my call, but he did. I spent all of the day prior calling and reaching out to attorney offices, 22 to be exact. Each one was unable to help, was able to refer and just sent me to AVVO. AVVO was unhelpful and their information outdated.

Frustrated and even more confused, I googled one more time for an attorney who could help. Jason was quick to explain that again, this was not currently a case he could handle, but provided me with options and a solid plan moving forward. While I didn’t officially need him as an attorney, he was helpful, precise and got to the point quickly. Based off of his knowledge and bedside manner, I would refer him to anyone who needs his service. I hope I do not need his services in the future, but if I do I know who to call.

I was offered a free consult with Jason. I appreciate he took the time to talk to me as I understand it’s a small firm and they’re busy, but during the 5 minute consult, I explained my legal situation and in my opinion Jason was very cold and short with me. I feel he also came off demeaning and made me feel stupid and embarrassed. I was not looking for free legal help, I was looking for clarification and if my case was under the scope of his practice. I was not upset that he couldn’t take my case. I work in the legal field and understand how the process works. I learned additional information and asked Jason if that was under his scope of practice, and was not looking for additional legal advice or any advice, just asking if he could take on my case. Again, my issue is not that he couldn’t take on my case, my issue is that I felt he came off demeaning and how I was treated. I will not be reaching out again for any reason.

I had a great experience working with Jason. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive to my situation. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me informed throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable.
