				I paid thousand dollars for this man to amend a living trust that I had. I asked him to remove and update certain things with my trustee and my successors and he did not listen at all. I asked for my trust to be irrevocable and he told me no I’m the client here. Secondly, he did not record my updated trust with the assessor‘s office the way he said he was absolutely unacceptable. I’m the one paying you the money and you didn’t listen to a word I had said so I am asked out of money and I now have to go to a new attorney who will actually listen.
