Based on the facts and evidence- They don't know how to fill the forms.I hired this firm for my SIJS case and paid them $13,000, but the results were devastating. Due to their staff attorney filing forms incorrectly and failing to understand the process, my application was rejected. When i was under 21 and sufficient time to submit my petition properly.Even worse, because of their delays and errors, I turned 21 during the process and have now lost my eligibility for SIJS entirely.
Despite the fact that their own negligence caused these issues, they are now trying to charge me an additional $2,000 to respond to a NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny) triggered by their own mistakes.l highly recommend
Do not be fooled by their social media presence on TikTok or Instagram. In my experience, a paralegal
would have done a more accurate job for a fraction of the price. Please do your research and find a firm that actually knows how to file forms correctly before you lose your legal options like I did.
