This is a revised version of a review I originally posted some time ago. That review appears to have been quietly removed, despite adhering to content guidelines and describing a deeply consequential personal experience. I’m reposting here in good faith, as I believe others deserve access to honest client accounts.

My experience with Ed Amaral was extremely damaging.
He delegated a life-altering court appearance to someone unprepared, resulting in a restraining order that kept me from seeing my daughter for over two years. We endured multiple hearings and delays, until a new attorney and a different judge openly questioned why the order had ever been issued.

Additionally, I was advised to overstate my income — a strategy that backfired and left me with inflated support obligations I could barely manage.

Thankfully, a new attorney helped me untangle the legal and financial mess. Things improved significantly after I left Ed’s representation.
