I do not recommend Ms. Alvarez. I hired her to represent me and the communication was horrible. At one point, I had made an appointment to appear at her office because I had questions that needed to be answered. I drove from Jacksonville to Fernandina to meet with her team and when I got there, the door was locked. When her team had finally unlocked the door, they acted surprised to see me and later, claimed one of the team members wasn’t in the office when she in fact, was. I looked right at her.
She is hard to get ahold of and if you have a question, it can be a week before you get a response.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this attorney.

I had the painful experience of dealing with Miss Alvarez. My divorce case was a fairly simple division of assets.
After spending entirely too much money and having very little results, I hired a different firm in Jacksonville and it was settled within a month.
Definitely will not recommend this attorney.
