I had a fantastic experience with Attorney David Bloomfield at Alpern Schubert Law Firm located in Carnegie Pennsylvania. David is clearly an expert in his field, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and incredibly insightful. He is not just kind and approachable, but also very responsive and professional throughout the two court actions and interactions I had with him against (Farmers Insurance and the Pittsburgh Public School District). Although not obligated by law, Dave always went above and beyond his duties as my attorney on those two cases. His genuine advice on matters not related to any letigations where always helpful and made a real difference for me. It’s rare to come across someone who offers both expertise and genuine care, and David does exactly that. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking guidance from someone who truly knows what they’re doing and treats people with respect

I had a genuinely helpful 15-minute consultation that did not push representation when I did not yet need it. The attorney listened carefully, explained what was likely happening behind the scenes with my insurance company, and gave me concrete steps I could take on my own before engaging legal counsel. I would have paid a lot for that and it was totally free, and I just called one time and was put right through immediately. No call back, no scheduling a meeting. Just right then and there. This consultation gave me confidence to advocate for myself appropriately. I left the call clear on what to do next and reassured that I had a relationship in place if the situation escalates. This interaction built a lot of trust, and I will absolutely be recommending this firm going forward, and will use if I need (which hopefully I don't).

Well here is the skinny the insurance companies are POS. And they tried to wipe themselves all over me but this firm particularly David brumfield was the man who got me in my family what we needed and deserved and we thank you David was professional he negotiated like it was his life and his children's life on the line. All I can say is thank you oh and by the way Dave you still owe me lunch lol 🤣
