I cannot thank Daniel Judd and Angelina Starling enough for the service they have provided me. My ex and I have been divorced since 2025 and she has been constantly filing motions against me regarding our daughter to the point of feeling overwhelmed... I was almost at a loss for what to do in her most recent filing to where I thought I was going to lose involvement in my daughter's life. Daniel truly pulled through as my legal representation in her most recent motion. At one point, he was even able to get an opposition written on such short notice so that a decision wasn't made without my chance to respond to the judge. Daniel helped me to look at all aspects of this case, even the uncomfortable, worst case scenarios that the judge could order. He was very respectful and accommodating to my requests from the very first opposition he filed, all the way up to the hearing to decide the matter. He was realistic with me regarding how the judge may look at certain aspects of this case and which routes to consider moving forward. MOST IMPORTANTLY, he ensured first and foremost to keep my daughter's best interest the most important consideration above all else. Even as I write this out now, I can feel how grateful I am for every deliberation and interaction that he and I had with one another. In the end, it was financially feasible and left a bit of a hole in my wallet... BUT, I was able to take my daughter to her first day of school. I absolutely cannot put a price on protecting that memory, so again, thank you Daniel. I HIGHLY recommend Daniel and his team to anyone in need of devoted and considerate legal representation for family law. My close friends and I call him "Daddy" Judd now for standing up for one of the dads out there.
