I used her to sell 3 properties in Little Rock so far, she knows the market really well. I looked around at a few brokers, and none can deliver results like Allison. Great for locals or out-of-towners. Has adapted her marketing straggles great for COVID (virtual tours, contactless tours, masks, etc). Very helpful with suggesting ideas and coordinating for results (staging, curb appeal, minor repairs). If you want an informed, honest, thoughtful, accurate opinion, go with Allison. There is nothing Allison can't do, and she'll get you an (honest) top dollar, not promise you something she can't deliver.
