Alex and his manager, Bryanna, were amazing throughout the entire process. My dad had been a client of Alex’s for a few years while waiting for his immigration interview, and once he received his appointment letter, they moved quickly and communicated clearly every step of the way. Even after the interview, they continued to check in with us making sure my dad was doing well and asking us to keep them updated once he was approved and on his way home with his visa.
