They aren't good on responding or providing information they lose documents; they are hard to get a hold of the front desk will answer say they will call back and 1 week can go by and they just can't call back. it is getting really frustrating. I had an appointment with a lawyer when I arrive, they took me back to a room with a screen and computer. It was a video call the lawyer was in Colombia or some place in Mexico she didn't even bother to turn her camera on. she was able to see me but I wasn't I have no idea how I even spoked to. In that case i could have done that from home why make me drive over to there office for that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR WORK PERMIT OR ANY IMMIGRATION PROBLEM.

I had a car accident that had left me in a really bad spot with my health and work wise, requiring hospitalization and then over a month without being able to work. They were super friendly and understanding in trying to help me with my case and ensure I wasn’t left in ruin due to my accident. Indy, who handled my case, was amazing always keeping me up to date on the case and informing me of what was going on. Now that my case is closed I fought back tears because of how happy I am knowing these amazing people fought for me and helped me and my family in a time of need.
