Worked with Monica at the beginning of my divorce and it was a horrible experience. First, she seemed more sympathetic to my soon to be ex wife than to me her client that was paying thousands of dollars to retain her. She did not believe me when I told her about the abuse I experienced in my marriage most likely because I am a man and she asked me "if it was so bad why didn't you just leave sooner". I could not believe i was hearing this from my attornet. She did nothing to get me back in my home, nothing to resolve the issues I brought to her and the only time I really heard from her is when my ex got upset and was throwing a temper tantrum about things. Always reactive, never proactive. And for all the money i paid to retain them all they did was file the divorce with the court and serve her the papers, that was it. I should have just done it myself! I finally dropped Monica when I realized this law firm was a waste of my time and money and that Monica did not have my best interest at heart. Then I went to Gary Austin Law Firm who I did not know at the time is Shauna Albright's husband, they work out of the same office in Riverside. Well I retained him and paid him thousands and thousands of dollars to have an even worse experience than I did with Monica. Now 6 months later and still in the same place I was when I started this process, just with less money, a more complicated case thanks to negligence and incompetent lawyers, and nothing to show for the thousands of dollars I spent. Complete waste of time all of them!

From prior negative reviews of this firm, they will claim they can’t comment because of client privilege. As the client I can say the worst part of my divorce was retaining this firm. Next stop The state Bar of California.
