				Been dealing with their office for a year now for a client. I and the client was frustrated at the lack of response and overcharging. Sent multiple emails that went un-responded to even at the end just need a confirmation of a step-up. Almost intentional at times.

				I had hired them for my estate planning needs. I was very unhappy with the quality of the work they were doing. Their docs had many mistakes. I got the impression that they don't read the documents after editing them. After 3 rounds of going back and forth with the mistakes in their editing, I decided to move to some other law firm and asked them for a refund. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.
