I had a consultation in May. Was supposed to file my case within 2 months. I had questions about the paperwork. The paralegal wouldn’t return my call, one day I was able to talk to her. I had a few other questions before I submitted paperwork, I called and called, had to come to office and get other paper work, was able to run into her and ask questions. Since this went on longer then 2 months, I had things arise that needed a few more questions before I filed. Lots of voicemails and messages left with the front desk noooo call back. Time is ticking. Out of about 15 calls and and email, 0 returned calls and no email. The other day I was told there would be a letter sent in the mail answering my questions. I said nobody specifically knows my questions. It’s been a mess these last 6 months which has put me in a bigger bind. Found a new lawyer, the paralegal answered everything within a 10 minute phone call. I do not recommend. Something that was to better my family and I, actually made it worse.
