I was referred to Brian Jacobsen after a serious car accident I was in. A driver ran a red light, my car was totaled and I sustained injuries from the accident. The driver of the vehicle was not the owner of the vehicle and the owner had the minimum insurance you can have to be on the road. I was trying to work with the different insurance companies for my medical issues and trying to work to get my car replaced. It was very difficult. A friend of mine said I needed help and she referred me to Brian. He was amazing. I knew from our first meeting that he would make everything right and at that point I could focus on my recovery and getting over the trauma of the accident. Brian is a caring person. He told me he would take care of everything and my job was to heal. I would highly recommend Brian and his partner. They are competent, highly motivated and very caring. Brian Jacobsen helped my wife and I when a tree fell on her car and destroyed the back end in our apartment complex. I contacted Aiken & Jacobson after I was rear ended in December of 2021 that left my car in horrible condition and myself in horrible pain. Brian is the one who took my case on he was absolutely amazing, helped me along the way and always kept me in the loop. He is very professional and very easy going, he took care of everything and made things happen. I can’t thank Brian and Aiken & Jacobson law firm enough for all the hard work they put in !
