They showed up to my Workers Comp hearing unprepared & did not defend me whatsoever! In fact, they ask questions five minutes before the hearing that showed how unprepared they were. They do not care! And they didn’t even take the right stance on the case to begin with. It should’ve been substantial aggravation. They let me lose the second hearing the same way I lost this first hearing without representation. I would’ve won if they would’ve done their job and now I’m sitting here with no income injured and I totally lost my Workers Comp case because of them. In fact, it was so bad that the hearing officer offered me the closing statement! *The response from this law firm is a lie, The first hearing I admitted to substantial aggravation, but they didn’t want to take that stance, which was the only stance to take .. asking 3 questions at a hearing and say nothing else, and not even knowing the medical evidence or that incomplete text messages were used against me is not representation, and in fact, I Told them diagnostic tests evidence was coming, In fact, it was right around the corner within a week of the second hearing, They did not want it nor was they interested in it. They didn’t even know what was in my occupational therapy notes from a five minute conversation before the hearing.They had months to prepare for this hearing. I won The untimely filing thing based on the evidence, of informed delivery from the post office. They didn’t say much at that hearing either. I did most of the talking.
