Grant Toeppen was an excellent probate attorney for our deceased brothers estate. He was able to eliminate a full probate proceeding saving us time and money. It turned out that our brothers estate was small enough to qualify for what is called a “Summary Probate” procedure through the court. As busy that most attorneys are with other clients he communicated with us in a timely matter when we needed his advice.
